Panorama Views is a great place to stay when holidaying at Phillip Island, located within easy walking distance to beaches, nature parks, playgrounds and shops.
This modern 2 storey home features an upstairs open plan living area that includes a lounge with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a dining setting and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite. Downstairs are two spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom.
The living area on the upper storey opens onto large decks that offer fantastic views. They are the perfect place to relax at the end of the day, feel the refreshing sea breezes, cook up a feast on the BBQ and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
A secure back yard is shaded by mature trees and provides a secure play area for children and pets.

Panorama Views is 20 metres walk from Sunnyside Park, a large playground which has recently upgraded play equipment for the kids, a half court basketball area and huge grass area with plenty of room to kick the footy, fly a kite or let the dog have a run.
A short 5 minute walk will get you to the Cape Woolamai shopping area, with a handy general store, take away food, cafes and local tavern for a refreshing wine, cold beer or great value meal.
After a 5 minute walk along quiet streets, you will be on the picturesque Cape Woolamai back beach which looks over the bay to San Remo. At low tide the kids (and big kids at heart) will love to explore the exposed rock pools where small crabs, seashells and fish can be found. Further round the bay the large sand dunes have created a natural sand slide providing heaps of fun with boogie boards, and you can create a splash at high tide.
Also within walking distance is the renowned Cape Woolamai Surf Beach - ideal for surfing, surf fishing or taking in a leisurely walk. Explore caves at low tide and much more.
A 20 minute walk (5 minutes drive) back across the bridge into San Remo, a busy shopping strip offers a variety of cafes and pub meals, or you can get some fresh fish from the Fishermans Co-Op. San Remo also has large park areas with BBQs and play equipment that make an ideal spot for family picnics.
Cape Woolamai is ideally situated to make the most of all that the iconic holiday destination of Phillip Island has to offer. Relax and take in the natural wonders of the region including the world famous Penguin Parade, koala parks, seal and whale watching, pelican feeding and stunning coastal nature walks, or just relax on the many sandy beaches.
Boating, surfing and excellent fishing are all on hand for people looking for a bit more adventure. If you have a thirst for speed then a visit to Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit is a must, with major events including the Australian round of the Moto GP World Championship, Australian Supercars, Historic Racing and club level events.
